We want you to love your RNRC merch and feel proud every time you wear it. Our returns and refunds policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, damaged items, and order issues so you can shop with confidence.

Because each item is made especially for you when your order is placed, we generally can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color selection.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order information and a clear photo of the affected item. If your package never arrives, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Eligible issues may receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost. If an incorrect shipping address was provided or a package goes unclaimed, reshipping may be possible, but additional shipping costs may apply.
