We want you to love your RNRC merch and feel proud every time you wear it—whether you're joining us for a weekly run, cheering on a friend, or simply representing our community wherever life takes you.

Our returns and refunds policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, damaged items, and order issues so you can shop with confidence.

Because each item is made especially for you when your order is placed, we generally can't accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item so we can review it and resolve the issue promptly.

If your claim is approved, we'll replace the item or provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost. We'll always make it right.
